If a product does not feel useful for your family, email us within 30 days of purchase with your order details and we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method where possible. Our products provide educational parenting guidance and do not guarantee a specific child behavior outcome, potty-training result, emotional result, sleep result, or timeline.
